Good to know

How does reserving work?

Pick your hole, package or add-ons and send the short form. Your spots are held for 48 hours while we send your invoice. Once it's paid, they're yours. If it isn't paid in 48 hours, the spots go back on the board.

Should I pick a brand or an ancillary hole?

Brand holes are for cannabis product companies. Ancillary holes are for companies that serve operators, like technology, labs, banking, packaging and services. Each hole has one of each.

Can I add a challenge to my hole?

Yes. Add-on activations are for hole sponsors. When you pick a hole, you'll see the challenges you can pair with it.

How do the introductions work?

Tell us 3 to 5 people you want to meet when you reserve. On December 1, we'll make every effort to introduce you in person on the course.

Who plays?

Up to 144 retail executive golfers. Golf is by application and complimentary for approved executives. Another 250 to 300 attendees join from 9:15 AM to 2:00 PM.

When do sponsors set up?

Load-in starts at 5:00 AM and vendors are ready by 7:00 AM, when registration opens.

Where do I send my logo?

Upload it when you reserve. It goes on your signage, and once your spot is paid, it shows on the board on this page.

Can I talk to someone about the event?

Yes. Book a 30-minute call with Destinee to talk through the day, sponsorships or golf.
